Feasibility - Phase I
MARKET ASSESSMENT, DEVELOPMENT OF A LONG-TERM STRATEGY, CREATION OF PRELIMINARY SPORT FACILITY CONCEPTS (PLANNING, CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION), DEVELOPMENT OF AN APPROPRIATE OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE, DETERMINE CONSTRUCTION COSTS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF A BUSINESS PLAN.
The outcome of this phase determines whether the client decides to initiate phase II.
Development - Phase II
ACCOMPLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE OPERATIONAL SOLUTION FOR ALL SPORT FACILITIES, PREPARATION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR A COMBINED DESIGN & BUILD COMPETITION, COORDINATING THE NEGOTIATION AND AWARD PROCESS, DEVELOPMENT OF OPERATION AND FINANCING MODEL.
The result of phase II determines whether the client decides to implement the project.
Implementation - Phase III
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, MONITORING OF DESIGN AND BUILD, IMPLEMENTATION, OPERATIONS CONCEPT, PROJECT CONTROLLING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.
This holistic approach enables us to balance interests and to ensure the best possible result is achieved.
Operations - Phase IV
Conception, supervision and/or associate for operations in the opening years (e.g. 2 years) or alternatively undertaking of operational duties on a longer term basis.
The operational outcome is a result of the build quality and aptitude of personnel. This high build quality is achieved via our project management team. Our long-term experience and existing network base helps us deliver a highly proficient team.
